As the joys of summer fade, duties left behind await us.
Energies for the job, workout, or school need to be revived.
It may feel like a slog to get started on that which we’ve avoided, but if you want help succeeding…build your routine.
When effective, a routine:
Grounds our objectives into the specific
Builds on important goals
Helps us get better at things
After Labor Day, I like to get up earlier, do more of the difficult task in the morning, and schedule paperwork for an hour uninterrupted.
There can be fits and starts with a new dedication, but to feel hope for change and a sense of growth, build your routine.
You’ll be more accomplished at work, in the gym, and with the studies knowing our routine is guiding our success.
