Passivity erodes our self esteem because if we don’t act, then all we know is what we don’t have or haven’t done. Passivity must be combatted with some type of action.

- Get to the gym
- Ask the co-worker to lunch
- Speak up to the person who hurt you
We all have moments when we are active. The idea is to turn the 5% to 10% into 20% and build that muscle. With New Years resolutions nipping at our heels, how active are you? If not as much as you like, what’s getting in the way??
